CGL HR System manages the evaluations performed for company’s employees. Employee evaluations are generated automatically by the system according to company policy. The parameters used to generate evaluations are number of months between evaluations and who the evaluators will be (peers, self and supervisors) Evaluations can also be created manually (figure 1 below).

Evaluation criteria and ratings can be adjusted to conform to company policy. In addition, evaluation administrators can define criteria that apply to all company employees or to employees of certain job (profession) codes.
Reports generated:
1. Evaluations Due: Lists the name of employees, their supervisor and the next evaluation date. The employees are summarized (grouped) by Company, Location, Department
2. History of evaluations. It shows the employee name, the evaluator name, the date of the evaluation and the scores. The evaluations are summarized (grouped by) by Company, Location, Department, Employee. There is an option to summarize by Company, Location, Department, Supervisor, Employee.
3. Evaluation Card: Shows complete evaluation details, including employee name, evaluator, score and comments for each criterion.
4. Top Performers: Lists Employee names sorted by score in selected evaluation criteria.
5. Improvement List: Lists all criteria below average, by employee evaluation.
6. Evaluation Criteria Category List: Lists Evaluation Criteria Category names, and their associated professions and employee groups
7. Evaluation Criteria: Lists Evaluation Criteria names and descriptions
