CGL Web HR System

Recruitment

The CGL Web HR System covers all aspects  of the recruitment process. The system keeps track of the company’s job openings, the candidates’ applications as well as their interviews.

Information related to candidates’ skills, work experience, training, education also recorded in system. The process of hiring and declining a candidate for a specific job opening is also managed by the system.  At hiring of a candidate, all relevant information is transferred to the employee record to avoid duplicate data entry.

From the candidate list page, the user can produce reports, and also perform automatic matching of employees with job openings, based on the job requirements and candidate skills.

Reports generated:

  1. Job Openings: Lists Job Openings, grouped by Company, Location, Department.  Users can filter records by Job Opening status, Job Type.
  2. Candidate List: Lists candidate names, open positions they have applied for and there interview score, if they have been interviewed. Report is grouped  by Company, Location, Department.  Users can filter records by candidate status, Job Opening, Job Type.
  3. Candidate/Job Match: Lists candidates that satisfy job opening criteria, by Job Opening.
  4. Interviews Due : Lists candidate names that are due for an interview, with the interview date and place.  The report is grouped by Company, Location, Department.  Users can filter records by Interview date, Job Opening, Job Type.
  5. Candidate Evaluation Criteria List: Lists name and description of Candidate Evaluation Criteria.
