CGL Timesheet is a timesheet system software developed by our company, CGL Computer Ltd, originally as part of our payroll system, but now offered as a stand alone application. The basic features of the system are as follows:

Access the application from anywhere, anytime with a secure login and password. Perform all administration, time and expense entry, approval and generate reports through any web browser . - Available as
Licensed or ASP Model
Web Timesheet is available as a licensed application, where you purchase the license from CGL Computer Ltd, and you host it on your server.
|It is also available as on the ASP model, where CGL Computer Ltd hosts the Web Timesheet web site for you on a secure, Internet server. - Client/Project Costing: Offers reports on client/project costing. Connection to external payroll system required.
- Client/Project Billing: Can connect to any accounting system for issue of client invoices.

Security
Timesheet users can be assigned various roles: Administrators, Project Leaders, Group Leaders, Department Leaders. Assign employee groups, enabling assigned employees to enter time for other members of their group. - Locking

Reports can be filtered to multiple criteria and group data by any number of levels
1: Employee Name of the person who is logged in to the
system.
2: The system can show timesheets by Month or Week.
All entries of period appear in the list below.
3: Timesheet entry list. Multiple entries exist for 27/6,
for multiple clients and activities.
4: Fields for Creating a new Timesheet Entry: The user
can enter the work date, enter hours worked, select project code and
activity and enter optional comments. The save button saves the entry
to the database and shows it in the list below
